Sustainability is a vital consideration on every construction project. Embracing carbon neutral products can reduce a project’s environmental impact and align with these goals. Hoarding is frequently the first thing to be installed on any site, so why not start your project right from day one by installing a carbon neutral hoarding?

At Perimeter Solutions, we’re proud to be approved installers of EnviroHoard™, a recycled hoarding solution with a 100% reusable design. This hoarding is extremely versatile, being suitable for installation on-ground or in-ground and for scaffolding. To discuss your requirements with a member of our team and incorporate carbon neutral hoarding within your project, give us a call on 01474 702233.

The UK’s first Net Zero Carbon Verified hoarding

EnviroHoard™ has the distinction of being the first hoarding system to be verified as Net Zero Carbon. It has been thoroughly tested, undergoing a cradle-to-grave Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in accordance with the EN 15804:2019 standard. Each installation will come with a project-specific carbon report, showing you the carbon impact of the install and what offsetting measures have been used to achieve carbon net zero. As a result, choosing to use EnviroHoard™ for your project helps scoring for BREEAM, Considerate Constructor, and CEEQUAL. It also contributes towards Construction 2025, the UK Strategy for Sustainable Construction.

What is EnviroHoard™ sustainable hoarding?

This innovative, patent-pending system has been designed from the ground up with sustainability in mind.

Reusable steel frame

Made from 40% recycled galvanised steel, the framework is strong and quick to install. It can be reused repeatedly and eliminates the need for timber posts, rails, and plywood. For a no-dig, on-ground installation the frame can accommodate a gradient of up to 1:8.

EnviroBlok

Manufactured from 50% GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) cement replacement, these 800kg blocks are low carbon and are designed with strategically positioned fixing and lifting points. They are easy to lift, transport, and stack on site, with no need for drilling.

Panels

A 100% closed loop product, these panels are made from waste uPVC and are recyclable at the end of their usable lifetime. They are 75% lighter than plywood, improving manual handling on site. The panels can incorporate pedestrian and vehicle gates, and EnviroFence™ weldmesh can be used in place of solid panels if needed.

What are the operational benefits?

EnviroHoard™ is designed with lifetime value in mind. It is intended to be used multiple times and delivers measurable cost savings over its lifetime.

Zero maintenance

The hoarding is durable and reliable, eliminating the need for ongoing maintenance. EnviroHoard™ has been designed and tested to last up to 4 times longer than timber hoarding.

Modular and reusable design

Designed for multiple uses, the hoarding reduces future labour and material costs.

Various procurement options

Choose the best approach for your project – purchase, short-term, or long-term contract hire.

Guaranteed buy back

Receive money back at the end of the project.

No on-site decorating needed

Specify your company colours so that the panels can be extruded accordingly. It’s simple!

Eco-friendly branding

PVC-free vinyl graphics can be directly applied to the surface, eliminating the need for Dibond.

No delamination or deterioration

Avoid the durability issues associated with plywood. You can rely on uPVC panels to last.

Zero plywood and timber

There’s no need to consume materials unnecessarily, lowering cost and environmental impact.
