Perimeter Solutions Limited began life in 2011 with Mike Wood and Roderick Parrish, seeking to provide a professional security fencing and gate service to the construction industry, businesses, and schools. We have grown to become one of the UK’s largest specialist fencing firms and now operates nationwide.
2014 Matt Merrison joined as a Shareholding director, bringing his commercial skill and knowhow to the business.
2016 Sees Perimeter Solutions established for 5 years – each year returning a profit and showing growth. Turnover breaks £1m for the first time. We build our first rooftop MUGA.
2019 Perimeter Solutions relocates to its current offices at The Black Barn, Fawkham.
2021 Perimeter Solutions celebrates its 10th anniversary. Staff numbers are over 30, turnover £3m.
2023 sees a large growth in the Industrial and Security fencing markets. “Turnover Exceeds £5.5m.
2024 order book is already healthy, with significant growth in power and data centre sectors.

We invest heavily in training for our team to ensure that they are qualified to be working with us here at Perimeter Solutions. All our installers have received training via our NVQ or apprenticeship schemes, in addition to extensive task specific health and safety training and DBS checks for live school projects. We operate on a strict 100% CSCS card policy – if an installer does not hold a Construction Skills Certificate Scheme card, they do not work for us. We hold some of the highest health and safety accreditations in the industry, namely ConstructionLine Gold and CHAS Elite. Our commitment to ensuring the safety of our staff while on site cannot be understated.
