By holding this accreditation we’ve proven that we’ve been assessed and found compliant in health and safety, environmental impact and sustainability, quality management, financial and business standing, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), as well as having our insurance and employee identities checked.

An independent consultancy that’s been operating for over twenty-five years, CQMS provides credibility and confidence in our commitment to health and safety. They verify that we are fulfilling our requirements for safety on site and ensure that all of our relevant accreditations are up to date to be made available upon request by our clients.

DBS checks

As we undertake many jobs in schools, colleges, and SEND institutions all of our staff have been DBS checked to confirm that they are all suitable to work on school grounds. While we know we only hire reputable installers, we know that is important to do our due diligence and seek proof to reassure our clients that our staff have been checked.

First-aid-training-logo

First aid training

All of our staff receive first aid training in order to respond to any issues that arise on site or in the office. Our sales director Roderick went on a 14-day NEBOSH Safety at Work course to increase our knowledge of managing health and safety processes, evaluating risk, and assign controls measures and actions to improve health and safety. This has been a great benefit to Perimeter Solutions as it gives us an in-house health and safety expert.

Annual-review

Annual review

Every year we have a health and safety review conducted by an external consultant, THSP. They inspect the entire company from top to bottom to ensure that our processes are in place, our equipment and tools are appropriate, and that we are complying with legislation and guidelines. This keeps us up to date on new developments and makes us aware of where we can adjust if need be.

Safety on site

We are committed to continually training our staff to ensure that all of our projects are completed safely. All our installers are received training through our NVQ or apprenticeship schemes to ensure that they adhere not only to our standards of quality, but also safety. They are also trained in the proper use of all their tools and equipment and in safe practices for installing all of our fencing and gates. As a company we are diligent in ensuring that our installers have the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and are instructed in its use. We conduct thorough risk assessments and have processes for investigating the causes of any accidents to assess how safety can be improved. This commitment to safety and our staff has made us a highly desirable company to work for and a reliable contractor to work with.
