Emmanuel School, Rainham

The newbuild Emmanuel School in Rainham has been one of the most technically challenging projects Perimeter Solutions has ever undertaken. Working with our client Kier Construction since early design stages, around 80% of all the fencing on this project is one-off, bespoke to this project alone.

Installations included a stainless steel sliding screen and gate, with woven stainless steel netting. A laser cut aluminium panel fence installed around a nursery, and built into a dwarf wall. Custom made railings core drilled into walls, a bespoke automatic cantilever sliding gate, bin stores, a MUGA and playsafe mesh all work together to create a unique outdoor environment that is both practical and stylish, adding to the individuality of this school.

The technical aspects of this project, as well as the smart finish resulted in The Emmanuel School winning the “2025 Education and Sports Project of the Year” at the Association of Fencing Industries national awards. We are really proud of this achievement!
